There are several ways to work with me:

12 Week Programs, 6 Week Programs, and 3-Hour Consultations

Programs

Both programs follow the same structure — an initial consultation, a personalized plan, and ongoing sessions. The difference is scope:

12-Week Program
The most comprehensive option. We work across all ten areas of whole-body health — environment, labs, nutrition, movement, nervous system, circadian rhythm, gut, medical navigation, cellular health, and emotions — with the time and depth to address each one.

6-Week Program
The same whole-body framework, condensed. Sometimes you don't need a deep dive — you just come in with a few clear issues and want focused support on what matters most right now. We'll still draw from all ten areas, but prioritize the ones most relevant to you.

*Each program can be repeated to explore new focus areas over time.

What’s Included:

We begin with a full-picture review: lifestyle, symptoms, history, labs, genetics, nutrient status, sleep, movement, environment, gut health, and emotional wellbeing. This helps us identify the real drivers of imbalance.

Tests I may recommend:

  • Blood, urine, or saliva testing to help uncover the current state of your body 

  • Micronutrient test to pinpoint hidden deficiencies. We use food wherever we can to raise levels and targeted supplements where necessary.

  • DNA testing. This assesses gene variants that influence how your body operates.

Initial Consultation

After the assessment, I create a tailored plan that blends cutting-edge science with grounded, whole-body wisdom . Together, we identify the focus areas most relevant to you from the following option, shaping a program that's uniquely yours — with clear, actionable steps at every stage.

Ongoing Sessions

Between sessions, I support you by text and email—keeping you on track, holding you accountable, and adjusting your plan as needed. Whether you’re working with doctors, specialists, or feel completely lost in the system—I’ll help you make sense of it all. I prepare you for visits, help you ask the right questions, review test results, and, if needed, help you find new providers who align with your healing goals.

3-Hour Consultation

The 3-Hour Consultation is a flexible option for focused support without committing to a full program. Use the time however works best for you — in one session or split across two or three.

This is a good fit if you're looking for help with one specific health concern, want to review and strategize around recent lab results, or simply want to tap into my knowledge on a particular topic.

It's also a nice entry point if you're not ready for a 6- or 12-week commitment. Please note that I don't offer standalone hourly sessions otherwise — ongoing hourly work is reserved for clients who have previously worked with me.
