Hi!
I’m Deirdre Bohbot

I didn't arrive here by accident.
This is my story.

I struggled with health issues for years, and conventional medicine offered no solutions. Every time I looked for answers, I was told my labs were “normal” or that what I was feeling was just a part of getting older. I knew that wasn’t true. I could feel something was wrong on a deeper level, one that traditional doctors are not trained to reach.

Frustrated and out of options, I started digging into alternative approaches and quickly realized: there was so much more available to us than the system acknowledges.

At the time, I had built a successful career in sales management, but it was no longer inspiring me. As I was researching new ways to heal, my curiosity turned into passion, which drove me to return to school and start a completely new career.

Shortly after I began this new path, my mother was diagnosed with cancer. I found an Integrative Cancer Center for her, and the results were astounding. Watching how differently they approached her care—and how profoundly her body responded—pulled me in even deeper.

I began devouring scientific research like novels, and what I uncovered completely changed how I understood the body—and how I approached healing. It became clear to me that this was my calling: helping others discover real, lasting paths to health—beyond the limitations of conventional medicine.

Then I Hit A Life-Changing Turning Point…

I had a B.A. in Economics, so I had to go back to school. I started with Functional Medicine, which focuses on uncovering the root causes of illness. I enrolled in a Health Coach Certification Program based on integrative principles, where I learned how to assess imbalances, and use food, supplements, and lifestyle as therapeutic tools. It was a huge leap forward.

But after completing the program, I still felt gaps in my understanding. I wanted more of the science—why these tools worked, and how the body truly heals. So, I went deeper.

I then enrolled in another program which was also based on Functional Medicine and Nutrition, but it went much further into the science of how the body truly functions. It taught me the importance of working on the body’s foundation first rather than working top down like so many practitioners do. I learned the importance of labs, the ones rarely used by most doctors, and how to interpret them.

As I applied what I’d learned to both myself and my clients, I began to see a pattern:
Functional Medicine often brought people significant relief—but only to a point.

That’s when I found Circadian Biology, which revealed how light, timing, and rhythm affect every organ and hormone in the body. From there, I discovered a Cellular and Mitochondrial Medicine program and learned that the real root of dysfunction begins at the cellular level and inside the mitochondria.

Studying these concepts taught me how to work with the very engines of healing.

Where I Am Today

In my own journey—and in those I was guiding—I saw that even with the right plan, the body couldn’t fully heal when emotional stress and trauma were left unaddressed. That’s when I began studying emotional health and nervous system regulation. I explored and practiced modalities that helped me release emotional blocks I didn’t even know I was carrying and restore my nervous system. I saw how unresolved emotions can silently shape our biology, eventually manifesting as illness. I also learned that true healing cannot happen without a regulated nervous system.

This was the final piece of the puzzle. Today, I blend all of these layers—Functional Medicine, circadian and cellular biology, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing—into a personalized approach that supports true, sustainable healing.

Because real health isn’t found in one protocol or test. It’s found in learning how to support your body across every level it communicates—from cells, to systems, to spirit.
